Winter Incentive in Sölden –
Inspiration at the highest level

As part of an exclusive winter incentive, we accompanied 105 participants on an unforgettable day trip into the snow-covered mountain world around Sölden. The ride up with the Gaislachkogl cable car was already an experience in itself – ascending to over 3,000 meters, right into the wintry panorama of the Ötztal Alps.

Upon arrival at the mid-station, sparkling drinks and light snacks provided a stylish start before the gondola ride continued to the top. There, the architecturally stunning restaurant ICE Q awaited – known from the James Bond film Spectre. In this unique setting, the kitchen team served an exquisite gourmet menu – regional, refined, and accompanied by breathtaking views.

The lunch was enhanced by live musical performances, perfectly rounding off the experience. Immediately after, participants visited the multimedia adventure world 007 ELEMENTS – a spectacular James Bond museum that immerses visitors in the world of Agent 007. Modern, immersive, and set within the alpine landscape, the exhibition offered many wow moments and sparked engaging conversations.

Following the descent into the valley, it was time to unwind: at the AQUA DOME – Tirol Therme Längenfeld, guests enjoyed thermal spa relaxation at its finest. The spacious spa area with heated outdoor pools, panoramic saunas, and quiet zones offered the perfect opportunity to relax and recharge.

As the crowning finale, a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride through snowy Längenfeld awaited – complete with a crackling campfire and hot drinks, before the evening concluded with a shared dinner, live music, laughter, and celebration.
