Magical moments with a Hogwarts touch

For a very special team event, we had the pleasure of diving into the magical world of Hogwarts with 380 participants – right in the heart of idyllic Alpbach! From the very first welcome, it was clear: this wasn’t going to be an ordinary day, but an unforgettable adventure full of team spirit, laughter, and a touch of magic.

Some of our team members donned wizard robes and opened the experience with a lively stage show, setting the tone for what was to come. After forming teams and a short introduction, our interactive adventure rally kicked off – equipped with tablets and guided by our experienced event crew.

The route led through the charming village of Alpbach, packed with exciting challenges such as tandem skiing, a nail-driving contest, laser biathlon shooting, and many more fun-filled activities. Tricky riddles, creative photo and video challenges, and tasks related to Alpbach added variety and lots of laughter.

A particular highlight was the internal station featuring company-specific content, which was individually tailored to the client – allowing for meaningful professional exchange in a light-hearted setting.

Especially magical: many of the stations were styled in the spirit of Harry Potter – a lovingly branded experience that made both young and grown-up Muggle hearts beat faster. Creative tasks such as building the Leonardo Bridge or transporting a ball as a team demanded true collaboration.

And because no great day is complete without good food, tasty snacks and relaxed breaks were provided to encourage connection and enjoyment. To top it all off, our “apprentice wizards” took the stage in costume for a fun and spirited closing show – full of humor, team energy, and an extra dose of Hogwarts magic.
